Refund policy
Customers can return products purchased within the lasts 30 days. If the 30 days have gone since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase.
* If the item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error the credit or refund will not be granted.
Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit. Then your credit will be processed, and will automatically be applied-refunded via merchandise credit for future store purchase in the next three to five working days.
Final sale items are not applicable for credit, refund or exchange.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
We make every effort to package your order so that it will arrive in great condition. Unfortunately, sometimes items may be damaged during shipment. We understand and we will do everything we can to replace the product quickly. If you have received a damaged item, please e-mail us at info@veramins.com please include your name, order number and the item number, we will arrange for the damaged item to be replaced as soon as possible.
After your purchase one of our product, you can exchange it for the same product in case of some damage.

Orders paid for with PayPal and returned to a Veramins will be refunded via merchandise credit for future store purchase.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to be sure the package don't be lost.
